Introduction

We are delighted to invite you to our Community Baby Shower, an event dedicated to celebrating families and promoting maternal health. This meaningful event will take place March 30th at Dillard Student Union Ballroom]. As Louisiana faces significant challenges in maternal health, we aim to create a nurturing environment and provide support to expecting families, while raising awareness about the importance of positive pregnancy outcomes.

Event Overview

The Community Baby Shower is a collaborative effort by A'sani Heartbeat Foundation, the White House Initiative for Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Power Coalition, and Sisters Keeping it Real Through Service (SKIRTS) and our esteemed partners. Together, we are committed to improving birthing experiences, addressing the maternal health crisis, and ensuring the well-being of mothers and infants in our community.
